Establishing and managing aggressive daily, weekly and monthly news and message management regimes that provide quantifiable evidence of success in the form of more positive and more frequent news coverage; Devising and executing press strategies to frame or re-frame a media narrative or existing negative storyline;
Writing high quality campaign announcement speeches, CEO speeches, congressional testimony and opinion editorials;
Converting quantitative health care-oriented research, data and studies into media news vehicles and analyses capable of generating national or state press coverage;
Packaging opposition research into effective communications vehicles designed for media coverage;
Reorganizing corporate and political campaign communications functions and operations to maximize performance and accountability to senior management; conducting thorough and frank communications and press operation audits – accompanied by specific recommendations for change.
